卷(juan)揚式啟閉(bi)機安裝:
1. 卷(juan)揚(yang)機的(de)(de)安(an)裝位(wei)置應選擇視野開闊、便于(yu)操縱職員和指揮職員觀察的(de)(de)地點。若配合使用桅桿(gan),卷(juan)揚(yang)機與(yu)桅桿(gan)的(de)(de)間隔應不大(da)于(yu)桅桿(gan)的(de)(de)高度。
2.為避免卷(juan)揚機在運行(xing)中被重物拖動,卷(juan)揚機的固定(ding)也很重要(yao)。輕型卷(juan)揚機一般采(cai)用(yong)在機架后部加重,并(bing)(bing)在機架的前部打樁的方法。壓重可采(cai)用(yong)鋼錠、砼(tong)塊,并(bing)(bing)要(yao)經過核算,防(fang)止壓重不足而導致卷(juan)揚機傾(qing)覆(fu)、滑移。

卷(juan)揚式啟閉(bi)機技術要求(qiu):
1、根(gen)據土(tu)質,按設計要(yao)求挖(wa)土(tu)方,基槽尺(chi)寸要(yao)求規整。
2、為防(fang)止土壤摩(mo)擦力的降低,錨坑應平整干燥,不(bu)能積水。
3、地(di)錨只能在規定方向受力,不能超載使用。
4、地錨要經(jing)過試拉,才(cai)能(neng)正式使用(yong)。使用(yong)中要經(jing)常檢(jian)查,如有變(bian)形,應及時修(xiu)整(zheng)。
5、地錨四(si)周不能(neng)取土;拉繩(sheng)與(yu)水(shui)平夾(jia)角應(ying)在(zai)30°左(zuo)右,防(fang)止角度(du)過大產生過大的上拔力。
6、由地錨引(yin)出的鋼絲繩應(ying)作防腐處理。
7、地(di)錨引出(chu)繩露出(chu)地(di)面位置及(ji)地(di)錨兩側2m范圍內(nei)不能有溝(gou)洞、地(di)下管道、地(di)下電(dian)纜等,以免影響(xiang)錨和引出(chu)線的(de)強度。
8、卷揚機(ji)就(jiu)位后,其上部(bu)要搭設(she)防(fang)雨棚,下(xia)部(bu)墊好(hao)枕(zhen)木,防(fang)止受潮(chao)損壞。
9、在電器手柄旁設置操縱職員座位(wei)。電氣裝置應有保護(hu)接地(di)。齒(chi)輪傳動(dong)和電氣開關均需(xu)設防護(hu)罩。
10、鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩(sheng)與卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)的聯結應根(gen)據(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩(sheng)的捻向不(bu)同分別固定(ding)在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)的左(zuo)、右(you)端(duan)。即(ji):左(zuo)捻鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩(sheng)固定(ding)在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)右(you)端(duan),鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩(sheng)在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)上從(cong)(cong)右(you)向左(zuo)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)排;右(you)捻繩(sheng)固定(ding)在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)左(zuo)端(duan),鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩(sheng)從(cong)(cong)左(zuo)向右(you)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)。鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩(sheng)應從(cong)(cong)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)的下(xia)方(fang)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)進(出),以利卷(juan)(juan)(juan)揚機的穩(wen)定(ding)性。
11、設(she)置在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)揚機前方(fang)的(de)(de)第一個導向輪,應(ying)(ying)當使(shi)(shi)鋼絲(si)繩繞到(dao)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)中間(jian)(jian)進(jin)與卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)軸線(xian)呈垂直狀(zhuang)態。導向輪與卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)軸線(xian)之間(jian)(jian)距應(ying)(ying)大于(yu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)直徑(jing)的(de)(de)20倍,假如有槽卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),其間(jian)(jian)距不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)小于(yu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)度的(de)(de)15倍,以保證(zheng)當鋼絲(si)繩繞到(dao)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)兩側時,鋼絲(si)繩與卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)軸線(xian)的(de)(de)偏斜角不(bu)(bu)超過1.5°(光(guang)面卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong))至2°(有槽卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong));這樣才能使(shi)(shi)鋼絲(si)繩在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)上能排列整潔(jie),不(bu)(bu)會斜繞和(he)互(hu)相錯疊擠壓或(huo)摩擦卷(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)側板(ban),有利于(yu)鋼絲(si)繩的(de)(de)保護(hu)。
12、對多(duo)層(ceng)卷繞卷筒,其鋼絲(si)繩(sheng)的層(ceng)數應按線(xian)容量的規定。其最高(gao)層(ceng)疊(die)面低于(yu)卷筒側(ce)板高(gao)度應保護2d(鋼絲(si)繩(sheng)直徑(jing))以上,保證鋼絲(si)繩(sheng)不過繞而(er)滑出(chu)。
